I won't waste time giving intros about this dish. here goes the recipe
You will need
- french beans- 2 cups (I use the frozen cut variety. Fresh can be used too)
 - grated coconut- 1/2 cup
 - mustard seeds- 1/4th tsp
 - whole red chilly- 1-2
 - curry leaves- 2-3
 - tomato chopped-1
 - salt -to taste
 - turmeric- 1/4th tsp
 - red chilly powder- 1/2 tsp
 - lemon juice- 1/2 tsp
 - oil- 1 tbsp
 
- heat oil in a pan.
 - add the curry leaves along with the mustard seeds.
 - let them splutter. add the red chilly (whole). add the turmeric powder and the red chilly powder.
 - cook for a min. add the french beans and the salt. saute everything well.
 - cover and cook till beans cook.
 - add the chopped tomato and the grated coconut.
 - let cook for another five minutes. turn of the heat and add lemon juice.
 - enjoy with rice.
